Thomas Dubois

Managing Director

Thomas has more than 30 years experience as an in-house public affairs specialist. Specifically involved in corporate reputation, environmental regulation, taxation, corporate restructuring, public health and marketing. His remits covered Europe, India and Australia. A Dutch lawyer by training, he speaks English, French, Dutch and Swedish.

Antoine Lefranc

Compliance and General Counsel

A French lawyer by training, Antoine has over 25 years of experience. As in-house legal counsel and public affairs expert he focused on highly regulated consumer product industries, at both EU and member state level. He dealt primarily with EU product regulations, fiscal issues and EC litigation. Antoine speaks French, English and German.

Matthieu Wirtz

Matthieu Wirtz

Chief Technology Officer

As an entrepreneur, Matthieu developed and commercialised software applications and information systems over the past 30 years. With a background in economics, he also has experience in IT, data and project management. A Belgian national, Matthieu speaks French, Dutch and English.

Amelie Rehm

Amelie currently works as a visual designer. She developed her visual communication skills by completing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Master of Science in User Experience Design. Amelie oversees social & digital communications for Woodz EU Insights. Amelie speaks German, Italian and English.

Anne-Catherine Chevalier

As an entrepreneur, Anne-Catherine has combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her creative enthusiasm. After having worked in consulting with Accenture and Egon Zehnder, Anne-Catherine earned her MBA at INSEAD while working as research assistant in the strategy department, focusing on corporate governance and leadership.

Currently, Anne-Catherine manages philanthropic funds focused on entrepreneurship and talent development at the King Baudouin Foundation. She’s chairwoman of Mus-E Belgium, a foundation to encourage participative art among youth and serves on the board of Theatre Jean Vilar.

Anne-Catherine has published three books on her photographic projects.

Robert Madelin

Robert has an impressive resumé as a senior UK and European Union civil servant. He held many influential positions at the European Commission, including as director general for Health and Consumer Policy and director general for Communications Networks, Content and Technology.

Prior to that, Robert was for 20 years a negotiator in international trade and investment, first for the UK, and then for the EU. Robert served in the cabinet of European Commission vice-president Leon Brittan.

Robert is an honorary doctor of the University of Edinburgh, an alumnus policy fellow of Cambridge University’s Centre for Science and Policy and an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London.

Robert studied at Magdalen College, Oxford and at the French Civil Service College (ENA). Robert is currently chairman and partner of FIPRA, a political and regulatory advisory firm.

Catherine Stewart

Catherine is more than just a Brussels “insider” with over 30 years’ experience of leading campaigns for international business to influence the direction of European policy and legislation.

Catherine pioneered EU public affairs in Brussels, London and Washington D.C., by founding Cabinet Stewart European Affairs which merged with Interel in January 2008. As its former chairman, International, Catherine established and developed Interel’s Global Network of Public Affairs partners.

Currently Catherine is co moderator of the European Government Relations Roundtable which groups 20 VPs of multinational companies across EMEA.

Catherine established the Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP), the professional body for EU lobbying. She was awarded EuroPAwards 2017 for Outstanding Contribution to Public Affairs.

Catherine is a graduate of Economics from Cambridge University.
